Meet in the parking area opposite 361 Ridgewood
In honor of Native Plant Week, come join us for a wildflower walk and introduction to some of the recent improvements in the Homestead Valley Land Trust.
The Ridgewood Rock, one of the most diverse wildflower habitats in Homestead, is enjoying its first spring without the huge stands of broom that were cleared last year.
The Red Plum trail is a new addition to our map. The broom that was blocking the trail has been removed and we can now use it to access meadow, riparian and oak/bay forest habitats.
Trails may be muddy and uneven.
Cancelled if pouring.
